For the six months ended 30June 2024, the total revenue of the Group was approximatelyRMB325.8 million, while profit for the six month ended wasapproximately RMB10.2 million. 32.047.215.8%9.8% We generated gross profit of approximately RMB32.0 millionfor the six months ended 30 June 2024 as compared toapproximately RMB47.2 million for the six months ended 30June 2023. The Group’s gross profit margins decreased from15.8% for the six months ended 30 June 2023 to 9.8% for thesix months ended 30 June 2024. The decrease is mainly due tothe increase in employee benefit expenses. OUTLOOK Since our Group’s establishment in 2000 and foothold inGuangzhou, we have built a strong position in Guangdongprovince. In view of the PRC’s continuous growth in theeconomy and urbanisation, as well as the expected increase inthe number of new properties, apart from growing the businessthrough organic growth initiatives, we plan to leverage on ourextensive experience in cleaning and maintenance services andexpand our presence in both existing and new markets. Weintend to replicate our model to other regions in the PRC witha strong demand for property cleaning services. Our Groupalso explore and pursue opportunities to expand the customerbase and bolster the geographic presence in other provincesby potential acquisition and/or investment in cleaning andmaintenance service provider(s) in the Greater Bay Area toenable us to expand the geographic reach and tender forcleaning services provision in major infrastructures to becompleted in the near future. MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION ANDANALYSIS FINANCIAL REVIEW Revenue For the six months ended 30 June 2024, we derived ourrevenue primarily from (i) property cleaning services for varioustype of commercial building, residential building, transportationhub, shopping mall, public utilities and industrial park; and(ii) public space cleaning services primarily for road sweepingand cityscape cleaning. We recorded revenue of approximatelyRMB325.8 million for the six months ended 30 June 2024,respectively.
