I would like to thank all stakeholders for their trustand support, including our customers, suppliers, business partners,employees and shareholders (the “Shareholders”). Upon Listing, it is my privilege to represent the board (the “Board”)of directors (the “Directors”) of the Company and to communicatewith all stakeholders on a regular basis about our Group’s businessreview and prospects. I am pleased to present this first letter toShareholders and I hope it will give all of you a better understandingof our performance during the year ended 31 December 2023(the “Reporting Period”) and the direction of our Group’s futuredevelopment. RESULTS AND BUSINESS REVIEW 630.2594.26.1%93.494.4 Challenges and opportunities coexist in 2023 under the uncertainglobal economic outlook and the violet circumstance brought bythe fluctuations of real estates industry in the People’s Republic ofChina (“PRC”). During the Reporting Period, we have recorded thetotal revenue of approximately RMB630.2 million, representingan increase of approximately 6.1% as compared to approximatelyRMB594.2 million for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the“FY2022”). In this connection, the revenue was mainly generatedfrom property cleaning which includes commercial building,residential building, shopping mall and etc. Gross profit for theReporting Period amounted to approximately RMB93.4 million, ascompared to approximately RMB94.4 million for FY2022. 12.07.939.942.248150.4 Excluding the non-recurring listing expenses of approximatelyRMB12.0 million (FY2022: RMB7.9 million), the adjusted netprofit after tax amounted to approximately RMB39.9 million for theReporting Period, as compared to approximately RMB42.248 millionfor FY2022.
