I would like to thank all stakeholders for their trustand support, including our customers, suppliers, business partners,employees and shareholders (the “Shareholders”). Upon Listing, it is my privilege to represent the board (the “Board”)of directors (the “Directors”) of the Company and to communicatewith all stakeholders on a regular basis about our Group’s businessreview and prospects. I am pleased to present this letter toShareholders and I hope it will give all of you a better understandingof our performance during the year ended 31 December 2024(the “Reporting Period”) and the direction of our Group’s futuredevelopment. RESULTS AND BUSINESS REVIEW Challenges and opportunities coexist in 2024 under the uncertainglobal economic outlook and the violet circumstance brought bythe fluctuations of real estates industry in the People’s Republic ofChina (“PRC”). During the Reporting Period, we have recorded thetotal revenue of approximately RMB673.6 million, representingan increase of approximately 6.9% as compared to approximatelyRMB630.2 million for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the“FY2023”). In this connection, the revenue was mainly generatedfrom property cleaning which includes commercial building,residential building, shopping mall and etc. Gross profit for theReporting Period amounted to approximately RMB100.7 million, ascompared to approximately RMB93.4 million for FY2023. 673.6630.26.9%100.793.4 The net profit after tax amounted to approximately RMB49.2million for the Reporting Period, as compared to adjusted net profit(excluding the non-recurring listing expenses of RMB12 million)approximately RMB39.9 million for FY2023. We maintained healthycash flow with cash and cash equivalents at approximately RMB92.5million as at 31 December 2024. CHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT(continued) OUTLOOK Since our Group’s establishment in 2000 and foothold inGuangzhou, we have built a strong position in Guangdong province.In view of the PRC’s continuous growth in the economy andurbanisation, as well as the expected increase in the number ofnew
