Demand for office space remains stable, reaching 53,000 sq m inthe first half of 2025, which accounts for 14% of the total leasing volume in regionalcities. The vacancy rate in the Tricity stood at 12.7%, placing it among the regionalmarkets with the lowest level of unleased space.
