Notes to Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements 1.Organization and Nature of Operations Senseonics Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is a medical technology companyfocused on the development and manufacturing of long-term, implantable continuous glucosemonitoring (“CGM”) systems to improve the lives of people with diabetes by enhancing their abilityto manage their disease with relative ease and accuracy. Senseonics, Incorporated is a wholly owned subsidiary of Senseonics Holdings, Inc. and wasoriginally incorporated on October 30, 1996, and commenced operations on January 15, 1997. EonCare Services, LLC and Eon Management Services, LLC are wholly owned subsidiaries ofSenseonics, Incorporated formed in April 2024 and July 2024, respectively.
