This represents a 3.9%increase over the quarter and an impressive 43.5% surgesince 2014. •The luxury segment also opened the year with robustactivity. There were 111 transactions above US$10 millionin Q1 2025 – a 5.7% increase compared to Q1 2024. Whiledown from the Q4 2024 record of 153 sales, this marks thestrongest Q1 performance on record. •There were 43,000 deals recorded during Q1, totallingAED 114.7bn. The market continues to be dominated byoff-plan sales, which accounted for 69% of all transactions. •Despite a sharp increase in mortgage activity, cash buyerscontinue to lead, contributing to 87% of all purchases. •Dubai’s prime residential market has expanded, both invalue and in the number of qualifying communities.
