He is also currently a director of Orange Sky EntertainmentGroup (International) Holding Company Limited (“OSEG”) and itssubsidiaries. OSEG, a company incorporated in the British VirginIslands with limited liability and being a substantial shareholder of theCompany, was founded by Mr. Wu in 2004 and is principally engagedin music and musical production, artist management and advertisingbusiness in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”).
