He is also currently a director of Orange Sky EntertainmentGroup (International) Holding Company Limited (“OSEG”) and itssubsidiaries. OSEG, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islandswith limited liability and being a substantial shareholder of theCompany, was founded by Mr. Wu in 2004 and is principally engagedin music and musical production, artist management and advertisingbusiness in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”). With regard tofilm, Mr. Wu acted respectively as executive producer of the twoChinese filmsRed CliffandThe Warlords, as well as producer of otherChinese titles includingCall for Love,I am Liu YuejinandDangerousGames. In addition, Mr. Wu has been involved in high technology andtelecommunications businesses since the 1990s. EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS 李培森先生（「李先生」） Mr. Li Pei Sen (“Mr. Li”) Aged 76 Mr. Li joined the Company as a non-executive director in March 2009and was re-designated as an executive director of the Company in April2010. He is also the associate chairman of OSEG. Mr. Li was an associatedirector of China TV Production Centre in 1994 and the generalmanager of China Central Television in 1996.
