This year marked a period ofstrategic transformation as we navigated evolving market dynamics,invested in future growth drivers, and strengthened our leadershipin the IT solutions sector. 20241231IT FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE 2024648.0202363.19.7%20239.28%20234.577.8%20241.0 In FY2024, the Group reported revenue of approximately HK$648.0million, representing a decrease of approximately HK$63.1 millionor 9.7% compared to FY2023. However, driven by a highercontribution from high-margin businesses such as Managed services,the gross profit recorded an increase of approximately HK$9.2million or 8% compared to FY2023. Impacted by our strategyinvestment in both R&D and market expansion, the profit for theyear decreased by 77.8% to approximately HK$1.0 million forFY2024 from approximately HK$4.5 million for FY2023. STRATEGIC INITIATIVES AND OPERATIONALHIGHLIGHTS (i)IT (i)Continuously strengthening the Group’sbusinesses in the IT solutions sector ITAIITAI The Group remains committed to delivering new andcustomised IT products and solutions to customers in Macau,Hong Kong and the PRC, especially for the Greater Bay Area.Over the past few years, the government in Macau, Hong Kongand the Greater Bay Area launch different supportive initiativesto support the digital transformation of SMEs. Also, the recentwave of AI developments created significant opportunities to ITsector. To capitalise on opportunities for digital transformationand advancements in AI, we are enhancing our businessmodel by expanding our product range and improving solutionintegration capabilities. (ii) (ii) Focus on R&D in innovative technologies 2024AIBCIAIBCI During FY2024, we accelerated investments in AI and brain-computer interface technologies. A dedicated R&D teamspecialising in AI and large language models was establishedin Macau. The Group has achieved breakthrough progressin developing foundational large language models and BCIapplications, with related products expected to launch inthe near future. We believe the technologies will create aremarkable value to the Group, and the Shareholder in thefuture.
