IT solutionscould be primarily categorised into two segments, namely (i)enterprise IT solutions and (ii) distribution and resale of hardwareand software. Enterprise IT solutions could be further grouped as (i)Professional IT services, (ii) Managed services and (iii) IT maintenanceand consultancy services. As an IT solutions provider and authorised distributor, the Groupintroduces IT products and services, and provides related IT solutionsto the local markets, including Macau, Hong Kong and the PRC, andprovides IT solution services covering procurement and integration,Managed services and maintenance services to the end users inMacau, Hong Kong and the PRC. The Group has extended itsfootprint to the Greater Bay Area since 2021. ITITITIT2021 IT With the steady recovery of the economy, especially the rapidrecovery of the economies in the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kongand Macau, coupled with economic transformation, enterprises aremore inclined to use digital means and technology for operation andmarketing, which has brought significant demand to the IT industry: (a)ITITIT (a)as the transformation of the economy and the popularisationof digitalisation in the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong andMacau, local enterprises have planned to increase theirinvestment in IT infrastructure renovation and new IT upgradeprojects. At the same time, with the local government’ss t r o n g p r o m o t i o n o f d i g i t a l i s a t i o n a n d e c o n o m i ctransformation, more and more local enterprises have utiliseddigital tools such as digital platforms, advanced systems andsmart devices more extensively in order to improve theiroperational efficiency and expand their customer acquisitionchannels. The Group expects the demand for IT solutionsand related products will increase with the popularisation ofdigital transformation among the enterprises in the GreaterBay Area, Hong Kong and Macau; (b)IT (b)as the six gaming operators in Macau had committedto invest and support the development of non-gamingindustries in Macau in coming years under the requirementof the new gaming concession contract, together withthe increasing efforts from the government
