IT solutionscould be primarily categorised into two segments, namely (i)enterprise IT solutions and (ii) distribution of hardware and software.Enterprise IT solutions could be further grouped as (i) IT integratedsolutions services (“Professional IT services”), (ii) support servicesfrom leasing contracts and security monitoring services (“Managedservices”) and (iii) IT maintenance and consultancy services. IT本公司本集團IT中國ITIT2021 As an IT solutions provider and authorised distributor, BoardWareIntelligence Technology Limited (the “Company”) and itssubsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) introduces IT products andservices, and provides related IT solutions to the local markets,including Macau, Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China(the “PRC”, for the sole purpose of this report, excluding Macau,Hong Kong and Taiwan), and provides IT solution services coveringprocurement and integration, Managed services and maintenanceservices to the end users in Macau, Hong Kong and the PRC. TheGroup has extended its footprint to the Greater Bay Area since2021. 2022COVID-19IT The adverse effect on the economy resulting from COVID-19pandemic has been eased along with the border reopening policiesin Macau, Hong Kong and the PRC since late 2022. The Groupexpects the growth of IT industry in the Greater Bay Area will resumefor the following reasons: (a)ITCOVID-19ITCOVIDIT (a)the demand for professional IT solutions from customers indifferent industries remains strong even during the period ofsevere COVID-19 pandemic. However, the pandemic limitedtheir budgets and plans on IT infrastructure refurbishments.
