BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS OF DIRECTORS Ms. Chan Mee Sze (“Ms. Chan”), aged 50, has been an executivedirector of the Company since 1 September 2018 and the ActingChairperson of the Board since 18 November 2022. She holds severaldirectorships in certain subsidiaries of the Company (together with itssubsidiaries, the “Group”) as well. Ms. Chan obtained a Bachelor’sdegree in Laws from the University of London and a Master’s degreein Business Administration from the University of Dundee, UnitedKingdom. Ms. Chan has been admitted to practice as a solicitor inEngland and Wales. She is also a chartered secretary, a charteredgovernance professional and a fellow member of The Hong KongChartered Governance Institute and The Chartered GovernanceInstitute in the United Kingdom. Ms. Chan has extensive experiencein corporate administration and corporate finance and she has over13 years of experience as director of listed companies in Hong Kong. Dr. Wong Hoi Po (“Dr. Wong”), aged 48, has been an executivedirector of the Company since 3 February 2020. Dr. Wong holdsa Doctoral Degree in Business Administration, a Master’s Degreeof Business Administration in Finance, and a Bachelor’s Degree inAccounting from the United States. He currently serves as ChiefFinancial Officer at Jeju Shinhwa World, the flagship integratedresort project of the Group, which is operated and developedby Jeju Shinhwa World Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Landing JejuDevelopment Co., Ltd.) (“JSW”). He served as Senior Vice Presidentat JSW from 1 March 2019 to 5 January 2020. In addition, Dr. Wongholds several directorships in certain subsidiaries of the Group. Priorto joining JSW, he worked as Chief Financial Officer at CreativeBrilliant Investment Company Limited, Macau from 2016 to 2019.Before 2016, Dr. Wong had worked as an executive director of financeat Venetian Macau Limited for 10 years. As an external auditor, hestarted his finance and accounting career for an accounting firm inthe United States in 2000. With approximately 20 years of professionaland practical experience in the field of accounting and finance, Dr.Wong also served as a part-time visiting associate professor at MacauUniversity of Science & Technology, lecturing a number of businessadministration programs at the master’s degree level. Mr. Huang Wei (“Mr. Huang”), aged 43, has been an executivedirector of the Company since 14 April 2021. He graduated fromZhongnan University of Economics and Law with bachelor degree ofInternational Economics and Trading and obtained a master degreeof Business Administration. Mr. Huang is responsible for the senioroperation and management of hotels and theme parks of the Group.He also holds a directorship in a subsidiary of the Group.
