BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS OF DIRECTORS 49(University ofDundee)12 Ms. Chan Mee Sze (“Ms. Chan”), aged 49, has been an executivedirector of the Company since 1 September 2018 and the ActingChairperson of the Board since 18 November 2022. She holds severaldirectorships in certain subsidiaries of the Company (together with itssubsidiaries, the “Group”) as well. Ms. Chan obtained a Bachelor’sdegree in Laws from the University of London and a Master’s degreein Business Administration from the University of Dundee, UnitedKingdom. Ms. Chan has been admitted to practice as a solicitor inEngland and Wales. She is also a chartered secretary, a charteredgovernance professional and a fellow member of The Hong KongChartered Governance Institute and The Chartered GovernanceInstitute in the United Kingdom. Ms. Chan has extensive experiencein corporate administration and corporate finance and she has over12 years of experience as director of listed companies in Hong Kong. 471020 Dr. Wong Hoi Po (“Dr. Wong”), aged 47, has been an executivedirector of the Company since 3 February 2020. Dr. Wong holdsa Doctoral Degree in Business Administration, a Master’s Degreeof Business Administration in Finance, and a Bachelor’s Degree inAccounting from the United States. He currently serves as ChiefFinancial Officer at Jeju Shinhwa World, the flagship integratedresort project of the Group, which is operated and developed byLanding Jeju Development Co., Ltd. (“Landing Jeju”). He servedas Senior Vice President at Landing Jeju from 1 March 2019 to 5January 2020. In addition, Dr. Wong holds several directorships incertain subsidiaries of the Group. Prior to joining Landing Jeju, heworked as Chief Financial Officer at Creative Brilliant InvestmentCompany Limited, Macau from 2016 to 2019. Before 2016, Dr. Wonghad worked as an executive director of finance at Venetian MacauLimited for 10 years.
