More than half of compa-nies implemented raises between 1% and 5%; while only 1% ofcompanies offered increases exceeding 15%. Compared to 2023, there was a notable decline in companiesoffering 6%–8% salary increases, while the proportion of compa-nies implementing 1%–2% increases or maintaining currentsalary levels grew significantly.
