Thoughtful, well-executed strategies, on theother hand, create a culture of trust which in turnfuels business performance. We are deeply grateful to the members of theLighthouse independent expert panel – DominicArnall, Porter Braswell, Elizabeth Broderick,Caroline Casey and Luana Génot – for theirleadership in selecting the 2025 cohort of Diversity,Equity and Inclusion Lighthouses.
