Thisincrease was mainly from Construction Division. Theconsolidated loss attributable to owners of the Companywas HK$216.0 million (2023: loss of HK$38.4 million).The net loss is mainly due to the revaluation loss ofinvestment properties and write-down of propertiesunder development for sale held by the Group and jointventures of approximately HK$187.4 million togetherwith the interest expenses of approximately HK$65.6million as a result of increase in interest rate and so thedownturn in the property market. 截至二零二四年三月三十一日止年度之每股基本虧損及每股攤薄虧損分別為港幣19.9仙及港幣19.9仙。去年之每股基本虧損及每股攤薄虧損分別為港幣3.5仙及港幣3.5仙。 The basic loss per share and the diluted loss per share forthe year ended 31 March 2024 were HK19.9 cents andHK19.9 cents respectively. The basic loss per share and thediluted loss per share for the last year were HK3.5 centsand HK3.5 cents respectively. 於二零二四年三月三十一日，本集團之資產淨值為港幣3,766,500,000元（二零二三年：港幣4,072,700,000元）。於二零二四年三月三十一日，每股資產淨值為港幣3.51元（二零二三年：港幣3.71元）。 Asat 31 March 2024,the Group’s net asset valueamountedto HK$3,766.5 million(2023:HK$4,072.7million).
