Theconsolidated loss attributable to owners of the Companywas HK$38.4 million, as opposed to a net profit ofHK$154.3 million for 2022. The net loss in the currentyear is mainly attributable to decrease in revaluation ofinvestment properties and impairment loss on propertiesunder development for sale held by the Group and jointventures. Such losses are recognised through loss onchange in fair value of investment properties, write-downof properties under development for sale and share oflosses of joint ventures in the current year. 本年度之每股基本虧損及每股攤薄虧損分別為港幣3.5仙及港幣3.5仙，而上一財政年度每股基本盈利及每股攤薄盈利為港幣14.0仙及港幣13.9仙。 The basic loss per share and diluted loss per share forthe year were HK3.5 cents and HK3.5 cents respectively,as opposed to a basic earnings per share and dilutedearnings per share of HK14.0 cents and HK13.9 centsrecorded in the previous financial year. 於二零二三年三月三十一日，本集團之資產淨值為港幣4,072,700,000元（二零二二年：港幣4,216,400,000元）。於二零二三年三月三十一日，每股資產淨值為港幣3.71元（二零二二年：港幣3.81元）。 Asat 31 March 2023,the Group’s net asset valueamountedto HK$4,072.7 million(2022:HK$4,216.4million).
