The increment in unauditedconsolidated revenue was mainly due to the normalprogress in work programmes of several major projectsundertaken during the current period as there was delayin work programmes in prior period due to the COVID-19pandemic. Revenue for the current period was mainlycontributed by residential development projects at N.K.I.L6579 Lung Cheung Road, TMTL 483 Tuen Mun Siu Hongand TPTL 244 Pak Shek Kok. The unaudited consolidated profit attributable to ownersof the Company for the six months ended 30 September2023 was HK$4.5 million, representing an increase of136.8% as compared to HK$1.9 million for the lastcorresponding period, mainly attributable to the increasein revenue and gross profit margin which rose from 4.4%for the prior period to 9.7% for the current period.
