During the Period, therevenue attributed to the property development and investment businessamounted to approximately RMB4,468,000 (2022: RMB50,272,000). 收 益 較 去 年 同 期 大 幅 減 少 乃 由 於 第 一 個 茂 名 項 目的 銷 售 基 本 完 成。於 本 期 間,確 認 為 銷 售 之 第 一 個茂名項目的住宅與商用物業之總面積約為510平方米(二零二二年:3,855平方米)。 Revenue decreased significantly as compared to last corresponding perioddue to the sales of the First Maoming Project was nearing the end.
