Under the combined effect of various factors including favorable policies, structural recovery and export expansion, the positive momentum of China’s economy was seen solidifying with stability. In respect of policy direction, the overall real estate market regulation policy remained its continuity and stability. The Chinese Central Government will continue to uphold the principle of “housing properties for accommodation, not speculation” and implement city-specific measures thoroughly, with a view
