All significant intercompany accounts andtransactions have been eliminated. The condensed consolidated financial statements reflect all adjustments, including normal,recurring accruals, which, in the opinion of management, are necessary for a fair statement of the results for the periods presented. Each of the Company’s quarters, other than the fourth quarter, ends on the Friday closest to the last day of the corresponding quarterlycalendar period.
