(“Wesco International”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Wesco” or the “Company”), headquartered inPittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a leading provider of business-to-business distribution, logistics services and supply chain solutions. The Company has operating segments comprising three strategic business units consisting of Electrical & Electronic Solutions(“EES”), Communications & Security Solutions (“CSS”) and Utility & Broadband Solutions (“UBS”). 2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements of Wesco have been prepared in accordance with Rule10-01 of Regulation S-X of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The unaudited condensed consolidated financialinformation should be read in conjunction with the audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Notes thereto included in WESCOInternational, Inc.’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December31, 2025, as filed with the SEC on February 13, 2026. The unaudited Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet as of March31, 2026, the unaudited Condensed Consolidated Statements ofIncome and Comprehensive Income, the unaudited Condensed Consolidated Statements of Equity, and the unaudited CondensedConsolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the three months ended March31, 2026 and 2025, respectively, in the opinion ofmanagement, have been prepared on the same basis as the audited Consolidated Financial Statements and include all adjustments Reclassifications The unaudited Condensed Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows for the three months ended March31, 2025, includes certainreclassifications to previously reported amounts to conform to the current period's presentation.
