Delivering Results in aDynamic Market This year also marked a leadership milestonewith my retirement as CEO and a seamlesstransition. Effective January 1, 2026, SethRunser became Chief Executive Officer. His18-year journey from management trainee toCEO reflects our commitment to developingleaders from within. Seth’s operationalexpertise, customer-first mindset andstrategic vision position ArcBest for continuedsuccess. Since becoming President in 2025,he has focused on aligning teams, removingbarriers to growth and investing in technologythat meets our customers’ needs. I havecomplete confidence in his leadership andability to guide ArcBest with integrity andpurpose. We also strengthened our Boardwith the additions of Thom Albrecht, AnnBordelon, Bobby George and Chris Sultemeier,whose decades of experience in logistics,finance and technology will be invaluable aswe execute our strategy. In 2025, we achieved record volume andrevenue in Managed Solutions, expanded coreLTL shipments, and improved productivityacross Asset-Light operations. These resultsreflect our ability to help customers adaptto a changing freight environment and findcost efficiencies in their supply chains.We also returned more than $86 millionto shareholders through dividends andshare repurchases, and the ArcBest Boardincreased our repurchase authorization to$125 million, reflecting confidence in ourlong-term outlook. Our performance earnedexternal recognition as well: ArcBest wasnamed a 2025 Great Supply Chain Partner,received three Quest for Quality Awards,and was recognized as a 2026 America’sMost Reliable Company by Newsweek andStatista, reinforcing our reputation for serviceexcellence.
