All intercompany balances and transactions are eliminated in consolidation. The consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and notes theretoincluded in the Company’s Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September30, 2025 (the Annual Report). The accompanying unauditedconsolidated financial statements and related notes have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) inthe United States (U.S.) for interim financial information and with the instructions to Form 10-Q and Rule 10-01 of Regulation S-X.Accordingly, they do not include all of the information and footnotes required by GAAP for complete financial statements. The consolidated financial statements included in this report have been prepared consistently with the accounting policies described inthe Annual Report, except as noted, and should be read together with the Annual Report.
