At December 27, 2025, theCompany operated 42 manufacturing facilities throughout the United States (“U.S.”) and 4 manufacturing facilities in westernCanada that primarily construct factory-built, timber-framed manufactured and modular houses that are sold primarily toindependent retailers, builders/developers, and manufactured home community operators.
