These interimresults have been reviewed by the Company’saudit committee (the “Audit Committee”). 2025930 INTERIM RESULTS 中期業績 The Group’s unaudited consolidated lossattributable to the shareholders of the Company(t h e “S h a r e h o l d e r s”) f o r t h e P e r i o d w a sapproximately HK$27,134,000 as compared toa loss of approximately HK$243,368,000 for thecorresponding period in 2024 (“2024 Period”).The unaudited consolidated loss from continuingoperations for the Period was approximatelyHK$26,952,000 as compared with 2024 Periodof a loss of approximately HK$237,712,000. Theunaudited consolidated loss from discontinuedoperation for the Period was approximatelyHK$182,000, as compared with 2024 Periodof a loss of approximately HK$5,656,000.
