These interimresults have been reviewed by the Company’saudit committee (the “Audit Committee”). Theunaudited consolidated loss from discontinuedoperation for the Period was approximatelyHK$9,113,000, as compared with 2022 Periodof profit of approximately HK$9,732,000. Theconsolidated net loss was mainly attributableto, among other things, (i) decrease in revenue;(ii) increase in loss on changes in fair value ofinvestment properties; (iii) increase in write-down on properties held for development forsale; and (iv) increase in finance costs.
