Accordingly,they do not include all of the information and footnotes required by GAAP for complete financial statements. In the opinion ofmanagement, all adjustments (consisting only of normal recurring adjustments) considered necessary for a fair presentation have beenincluded. The accompanying unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements should be read in conjunction with the auditedConsolidated Financial Statements of Lam Research Corporation (“Lam Research” or the “Company”) for the fiscal year ended June29,2025, which are included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K as of and for the year ended June29, 2025 (the “2025 Form 10-K”).
