As part of our brands repositioning initiativestoallow us to better cater to market demands,we havediscontinued 5 RV models, namely SRP18, SRT20F, SRC23, SRS12under the Snowy River brand, and SRL196 under the Regent Brand.As a result, as of June 30, 2025, we have a lineup of a total of 50RV models, spanning 9 distinct series under three characteristicbrands, namely the mid-end and top-selling brand, Snowy River,the luxury brand, Regent, and the semi-off-road brand, NEWGEN.In the first half of 2025, the total deliveries of RVs amounted to anaggregate of 1,367 units, representing a decrease of 4.2% from1,427 units for the same corresponding period in 2024.
