The Company is the holding company of variouscompanies in Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Indonesia(collectively, the “Group”) which are principally engaged in the coaloperation business involving coal mining, purchase and sales,filtering, storage and blending. 本公司本集團 An integrated coal supply chain is the key to the Group’s success.The Group has business operations located in Hong Kong andvarious places in China and Indonesia, namely, Zhuhai, Guangzhou,Qingdao and South Kalimantan. The Group produces coal from South Kalimantan in Indonesia, andarranges full logistics services and transportation to deliver the coalto customers in worldwide. Itoperates an integrated coal supply chain, including coal mining,purchase and sales, filtering, storage and blending of coal inIndonesia. During the six months ended 30 June 2025, the Groupentered into a sales and purchase agreement with Mr. Xu Jihua, acontrolling shareholder of the Company, for disposal of 100% equityinterest in the Disposal Group at a consideration of RMB30,000,000.The Disposal Group holds five coal mines in China. Following thecompletion of disposal on 11 July 2025, the Group no longer holdsany interest in the Disposal Group. For details, please refer to theannouncements and the circular of the Company dated 5 June2025, 25 June 2025 and 11 July 2025.
