However, these non-HKFRS measures should not beconsidered independently or as a substitute for financial informationprepared and presented in accordance with HKFRS. Shareholders andpotential investors should not independently evaluate such adjustedresults or regard it as a substitute for, or comparable to, performancereported or forecasted by other companies, as they may use similarterms with different meanings. In addition, these non-HKFRS measureshave their limitations as analytical tools and may differ from similarmeasures used by other companies. TheCompany provides the following additional information forreconciliation with the adjusted net profit under non-HKFRS.
