TheGroup has built a national direct store network, which consisted of196 direct stores including 92 stores in tier-one cities and 80 stores innew tier-one cities, as of June 30, 2023. For the six monthsendedJune 30,2023,our direct stores served 73,919 activemembers, representing an increase of 21.3% as compared with thesame period in 2022, of which the number of new active members inthe current period increased by 54.3% as compared with the sameperiod last year. The increase in the number of new active memberswas mainly due to the further improvement of customer acquisitionefficiencybrought about by digital investment.Our channels foracquiring customers can be divided into offline and online. Offlinechannels are mainly from high-end shopping malls where the storesare located. Benefitting from our superior store location and extensivestore distribution, we can become the preferred choice of customerswhenspending offline.Online channels are divided into publicdomains of e-commerce platforms, as well as private domains such asWeComand WeChat mini programs.Through online customeracquisition methods such as live broadcasts, we attract traffic fr
