Business case Industrial farming has driven soil degradation, biodiversity loss, and rising greenhouse gas emissions—undermining yields and revenues. Today, agrifood actors face mounting environmental, regulatory,and economic pressures to shift toward climate-resilient, biodiversity-friendly practices. Yet widespreadadoption remains stalled by technical complexity, perceived risks, and a lack of tailored financing.
