However, the real estateindustry, after years of deep adjustments, still fluctuated and stagnatedat low levels, and the market sentiment showed a high degree ofalignment with the stimulation of the national macro-policy. Benefitingfrom the policy measures introduced and implemented since thefourth quarter of 2024, including reduced down payments, abolishedmortgage rate floors and lower prov
