Throughoutthe year, the development trend of the real estate industry wasgenerally consistent with that of the macroeconomic situation. The“short-lived resurgence” in the first quarter stimulated optimism andpositive expectations for the future market. However, economicgrowth in the second and third quarters fell below expectations,leading to a decline in the real estate sales market. Finally, it hasbeen difficult to change the downward trend throughout the yearthough the stabilization trend occurred at the end of the fourthquarter. Active measures have been taken by the central and localgovernments in 2023, such as implementing policies like “grantingfavorable mortgage terms to first-home buyers based on theirproperty ownership status rather than their mortgage history”,reducing the minimum down payment ratio and loan interest rates,and lowering taxes related to property transactions, to enhancemarket confidence and promote healthy and stable industrydevelopment. Nevertheless, residents’ expectations for their incomebecame unclear. Driven by cautious consumption concepts,residents’ willingness to purchase houses was suppressed, leadingto continued
