The Company has beengranted the “First Class Qualification of Real Estate Developer” inthe People’s Republic of China (the “PRC” or “China”). Currently,HenanTongsheng Zhiye Co.,Ltd.（河 南 同 晟 置 業 有 限 公 司）,a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Railway Construction &Investment Group Co., Ltd.（河南省鐵路建設投資集團有限公司）,which is directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision andAdministration Commission of the Henan Provincial Government,is one of the substantial shareholders of the Group. The Group has determined real estate as its principle businessand adopted a brand-oriented approach for operation
