With the launch of our low-carbon brand, BeyondECO, and therelease of our first low-carbon steel products, both our low-carbon non-oriented and oriented silicon steel have achieved over 30%carbon emissions reduction compared to conventional production routes. We are accelerating intelligent development by integratingdigital technologies with the real economy. Our independently developed large-scale AI solution for the steel industry—"xIn³Plat SteelIndustry Large Model"—has been officially launched, offering an integrated "AI + Steel" solution tailored to the sector. We are advancinggreen development through innovation in low-carbon metallurgy, making significant strides in technological innovation andcommercialization of low-carbon metallurgical processes. Key breakthroughs include the hydrogen-enriched carbonic oxide recyclingoxygenate furnace (HyCROF) and the hydrogen reduction and electric smelting process (HyRESP). Notably, HyCROF was recognizedwith the 15th Steelie Awards from the World Steel Association for excellence in low-carbon steel production. In parallel, China's firstmillion-metric-ton-class hydrogen-based shaft furnace successfully passed its weekly capacity performance evaluation. We arepromoting high-efficiency development through integrated and synergistic coordination. We have pioneered the "Waste Free Group"pilot program and steadily advanced the "Energy Efficiency Maximization" project, which is focused on establishing energy efficiencybenchmarks, and put in place a system for total carbon emissions and carbon emissions intensity control.
