TheGroup maintains a diversified development strategy toprovide customers with a wide range of products andservices, and currently is mainly engaged in (i) financialservices business, (ii) education management andconsultation business, and (iii) automotive part business.Our financial services business can provide services suchas listing sponsorship, underwriting and placing, dealing insecurities, financing consultancy, merger and acquisitionagency, financial advisory, asset management and privateequity fund management; our education managementand consultation business mainly provides internationalhigh school curriculum and overseas study consultationservices; and our automotive parts business is mainlyengaged in R&D, manufacturing and sales of automobileabsorbers. (i)(ii)(iii) MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS(Continued) 管理層討論及分析（續） BUSINESS REVIEWFinancial Services Business The Group has obtained diversified financial service licencesand established a consummate financial service systemto provide various entities with featured, differentiated andprofessional financial services. The Group is licensed toconduct Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising onsecurities), Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) and Type9 (asset management) regulated activities under the SFO,and has been admitted by the SFC as a sponsor under theSFO. As such, (i) in addition to providing services of dealingin securities and margin financing to customers, it is alsoengaged in providing services of underwriting and placingof shares for listing applicants and listed companies; (ii) itcan provide investment portfolios (such as stocks, bonds,discretionary managed accounts, and funds) management,investment consultation and investment advisory servicesto its clients; and (iii) it can act as a sponsor for listingapplicants in IPO, advise on matters in relation to theCodes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backsformulated by the SFC, and advise listed companies inrelation to the Listing Rules. 1469(i)(ii)(iii)IPO MANAGEM
