ANNUAL REVIEW 2024was an ex tremely dif f icult year for the real estateindustry.Property prices continued to decline,leading to asignificantloss of confidence among buyers.This resulted inlowersales performance and increasing pressure on projectdeliveries. According to search results from the People’s CourtAnnouncement website, many real estate enterprises across thecountry had no choice but to cease operations during the Year.Ever Reach Group has made project delivery its top priority, notonly to ensure the enterprise’s survival but also to fulfil its socialresponsibility and safeguard the rights of property owners. 2024 2024 In 2024, the Group upheld its unwavering commitment to quality,regardingit as the lifeline of the enterprise.It continued tostrengthen product quality management and control while closelymonitoring policy changes and making timely adjustments to itsoperational strategies. The Group also focused on innovating itsbusiness model and building its brand, striving to deliver top-tierproducts and services that meet consumer demands. In terms of sales, the Group conducted a more detailed analysisof its customer base, gaining deeper insights into the needs,preferences,and consumption habits of different customergroups.Through diverse and targeted promotional strategies,the Group boosted sales performance and accelerated paymentcollections across the board, overcoming the challenges posedby market downturns and economic conditions. Cash flow remains the foundation of any business. By leveragingthe real estate financing coordination mechanism, we securedapproval for all our “white list” projects. Under the loan extensionwithout principal repayment policy, we communicated with banksand followed implementation guidelines to adjust the operationsof eligible businesses, by either adopting the above policy, orutilising government funds
