In2022,the LVMH group and its75 Maisons – alongside their employees, partnersand stakeholders – once again committed to creat-ing and embodying a form of luxury that is as sus-tainable as it is desirable. We strengthened ourgovernance by setting up an ESG Committee tohelp implement and coordinate our environmentaland social commitments. As regards social responsibility, and as agroup with almost 200,000 employees in 80 coun-tries, we followed our 2025 CSR Roadmap andstepped up our Diversity & Inclusion efforts. Weadopted quantitative targets, including havingwomen occupy 50% of key roles, achieving equalpay, and recruiting people with disabilities so thatthey make up 2% of our workforce by 2025. Today,45% of key roles are occupied by women, and theproportion of our workforce consisting of peoplewith disabilities rose 17% in 2022. A year after intro-ducing the LVMH Health and Safety Policy, indica-tors have improved significantly as we move towarda zero-accident culture. Our Métiers d’Excellencestepped up their recruitment to ensure that the skillsvital to our Maisons’ long-term future are passed on.They also toured France, meeting career-changersand young people and awakening within them apassion for our professions, with 3,500 job and train-ing opportunities on offer. Young people featuredheavily in the Maisons’ worldwide recruitmentefforts: in 2022, the group hired 39,000 people agedunder 30. The Maisons’ engagement programs aremagnifying the Group’s positive impact on society:more than 46,000 employees supported more thana million people through partnerships with 900 non-profit organizations in 2022. We continued to roll out our responsiblesourcing policy, ensuring that our suppliers andstrategic supply chains share our social and envi-ronmental commitments. In 2022, we carried out1,625 audits covering 1,384 suppliers and sub-contractors, an increase of 7.5% relative to 2021.Employees and suppliers in our various regionsand Maisons are also receiving training in respon-sible sourcing. As regards cultural responsibility, wemaintained our commitment to making artistic cre-ativity accessible to all. The Fondation Louis Vuittonheld three exceptional exhibitions focusing on theMorozov Collection, Simon Hantaï and ClaudeMonet/Joan Mitchell. The LVMH Prize for YoungFashion Designers made waves around the world,and its winner in 2022 was S.S. Daley. Finally, weheld ourJournées Particulièresevent for the fifthtime, attracting a record 200,000 visitors who cameto meet craftspeople working for 57 of our Maisonsin 15 countries.
