("Marchex" or the “Company”) is a conversation intelligence company that harnesses the power of artificialintelligence ("AI") and conversational intelligence to provide actionable insights aligned with prescriptive vertical market dataanalytics, driving operational excellence and revenue acceleration. Marchex enables executive, sales, and marketing teams tooptimize customer journey experiences across all communications channels. Through our prescriptive analytics solutions, we Marchex was incorporated in the state of Delaware on January 17, 2003. Basis of Presentation The accompanying Consolidated Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generallyaccepted in the United States ("U.S. GAAP") and pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission("SEC").
