Withthe continuous advancement of urbanization, the demand forpropertymanagement services continued to grow,and theindustry scale kept expanding. Fueled by the dual drivers of afavourable policy environment and market demand, the propertymanagement industry experienced relatively rapid developmentin 2024. 2024 Withthe support of national policies and market demand,theproperty management industry continues to maintain agrowthmomentum.The demand for commercial propertiesisbecoming increasingly diversified,including mixed-usedevelopments,themed commercial spaces,community retailcenters, and student apartments, catering to the diverse needsof different consumers. At the same time, there is a continuousimprovementin property ser vice quality and managementstandards, with the development of smart property managementsystems further solidified, and green, low-carbon developmentbecoming a new trend.
