The incremental market forproperty management in China has been weak since the fourth quarter of year2021. 今年本集團銳意變革，出售虧損之紅酒業務、娛樂業務，其分別於年內2024年8月21日以及2024年6月11日被出售於第三方。另外澳洲項目也於2024年底應項目所有物業存貨已交訖物業買家後，根據澳洲項 目 公 司 的 有 關 協 議 向 本 集 團 贖 回 可 贖 回 優 先 股份，因為澳洲項目有關公司已經不再為本公司的子公司，澳洲房地產業務一併連同的紅酒業務和娛樂業務歸類為已終止的業務。年內，出售已終止的業務 虧 損 港 幣138.1百 萬 元，主 要 是 因 為 中 國、韓 國、澳洲都受不同因素影響而經濟不景氣。 This year, the Group made a determined effort to transform itself and divestits loss-making winery business and entertainment business, which were soldto third parties on 21 August 2024 and 11 June 2024, respectively. In addition,the Australian project was also concluded with the redemption of redeemablepreference shares from the Group in accordance with the subscriptionagreement in respect of the Australian project company after all propertyinventories of the project have been delivered to the property buyers at the endof 2024. As a result, the Australian project company is no longer a subsidiary ofthe Company, and the Australian real estate business together with the winebusiness and entertainment business are classified as discontinued operations.During the Year, the
