(the “Company”,together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) have been listedon The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “StockExchange”) for less than one year as at the end of the year endedDecember 31, 2024 (the “Reporting Year”), only a summaryof the financial results of the Group prepared in accordance withIFRS Accounting Standards for the past four financial years ispresented. The details are set out below: (1) RevenueGross ProfitLoss for the yearNon-IFRS measure: Adjustedprofit/(loss) from continuingoperations for the year(1) Notes: (1) (1)The Group defines adjusted profit/(loss) from continuing operations(non-IFRS measure) as loss for the year from continuing operationsadjusted by adding back equity-settled share-based paymentexpenses, fair value change of convertible redeemable preferredshares, fair value change of an equity investment and listingexpenses. Fair value change of an equity investment was an itemtaken into account since the publication of the annual resultsannouncement of the Company for the Reporting Year andhistorical numbers have been adjusted accordingly.
