A key ingredient to our “secret sauce” is ourpromote-from-within philosophy. Every singleone of our district managers ran a successfulstore before they were promoted, our regionaldirectors ran a successful district before movingup, and it’s the same story for our senior vicepresidents of operations and sales. Promotionstoriesabound in our corporate office anddistribution centers as well. O’Reilly values theexperienceand knowledge that come fromhard work.
