The report provides sector-specific analysis on buildings,appliances, industry and transport and explores system-wide themes such aselectrification, flexibility, investment and employment. This report is launched inparallel with the new IEAEnergy Efficiency Progress Tracker, which can beaccessed directly through the IEA website. Acknowledgements Energy Efficiency 2024 was prepared by the Office of Energy Efficiency andInclusive Transitions (EEIT) in the Directorate of Energy Markets and Security(EMS).
