RESULTS 截 至 二 零 二 四 年 六 月 三 十 日 止 之 年 度 內，本 集 團 錄 得 總 收 入 為 港 幣71,573,000元（二 零二 三 年： 港 幣79,734,000元 ）， 而 毛 利 為 港 幣44,965,000元（ 二 零 二 三 年： 港 幣54,752,000元 ）， 相 比 去 年 同 期， 分 別 減 少 收 入 約10%及毛利約18%。而毛利率約為63%（二零二三年：69%）。 此 業 績 主 要 由 於 下 文 所 述 在 年內 本 集 團 之 中 國 大 陸 投 資 物 業 之 租 金 收 入（以人民幣（「」）結算）減少。 For the year ended 30 June 2024, the Group reported a total revenueof HK$71,573,000 (2023: HK$79,734,000) and a gross profit ofHK$44,965,000 (2023: HK$54,752,000), showing a drop of revenueand gross profit about 10% and 18% respectively, as compared withthat of last year. The gross profit margin was about 63% (2023:69%). These results were primarily attributable to the reduced rentalrevenue from investment properties of the Group in mainland Chinaas denominated in Renminbi yuan (“RMB”) during the year asmentioned below. 於回顧年度內，本集團計入其他收入、收益或 虧 損 為 港 幣3,083,000元（ 二 零 二 三 年： 港幣17,346,000元），主 要 源 自 銀 行 利 息 收 入 為港幣7,032,000元（二零二三年：港幣6,387,000元 ）及 淨 兌 換 溢 利 為 港 幣4,297,000元（ 二 零二 三 年： 淨 兌 換 虧 損 港 幣10,408,000元 ）。 此外，在年內市場氣氛低迷情況下，本集團已確認其投資物業公平值之減值金額合共為港幣23,927,000元（二 零 二 三 年：港 幣22,664,000元）。 During the year under review, the Group accounted for otherincome, gains or losses in the amount of HK$3,083,000 (2023:HK$17,346,000), which arose mainly from bank interest incomeof HK$7,032,000 (2023: HK$6,387,000) and net exchange gainof HK
