ASEAN Energy Awards 2023:Best Practices in RenewableEnergy Projects About ACE Established in 1999, the ASEAN Center for Energy (ACE) is an intergovernmental organisationwithin the ASEAN structure that independently represents the interests of the 10 ASEANcountries in the energy sector. The Centre accelerates the integration of energy strategieswithin ASEAN by providing relevant information and expertise to ensure the necessaryenergy policies and programmes are in harmony with economic growth and the region’senvironmental sustainability. It is guided by a Governing Council composed of senior officialsand energy leaders from each ASEAN Member State and a representative from the ASEANSecretariat. Hosted by Indonesia's Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), itsoffice is located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Acknowledgements This report is developed by the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE), under the overall guidance of Dr Nuki Agya Utama –Executive Director of the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE), Mr Beni Suryadi – Acting Manager of the Sustainable andRenewable Energy Team (ACE), and Mr Christopher G.
