We have been providingpropertymanagement services in China for more than 28 years.According to China Index Academy (the “CIA”) statistics, for years in arow, we are among the top property services enterprises of a growingnature in China. In addition, according to the list of top 100 Chineseproperty management services enterprises announced by the CIA, ourranking moved up from the 34th in 2010 to 11th in 2024. We provideextensive property management services and value-added services forproperty developers as well as residents and tenants from the projectsmanagedby us.We have also developed a one-stop informationservices platform called Orange APP. Our residents and customers canenjoy the services we provide through their mobile devices. Based onour excellent services and enhanced market reputation, we have built aproperty services brand emphasizing quality and customers. OUR BUSINESS MODEL 2024630 For the six months ended 30 June 2024 (the “Reporting Period”), ourrevenue has been primarily derived from two business lines — propertymanagementservices and value-added services.Our value-addedservices cover two business categories comprising community-relatedvalue-added services and developer-related value-added services. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES We provide an extensive range of property management services toresidents and tenants, including property and facilities maintenance,securityservices,maintenance and cleaning services,horticultureservices,public areas repair and maintenance and other propertymanagement related services. We manage diverse property portfolios,includingresidential and non-residential proper ties,from officebuildings, multi-purpose complexes and factories to parks and industrialzones. During the Reporting Period, the majority of our revenue camefrom providing property management services.
