In addition, according to the list of top 100 Chineseproperty management services enterprises announced by the CIA, ourranking moved up from the 34th in 2010 to 11th in 2023. As of 31December 2023, the projects under management covered 201 citieswithgross floor area(“GFA”)under management of 223.7 millionsq.m.in total.We provide extensive property management servicesand value-added services for property developers as well as residentsandtenants from the communities managed by us.We have alsodeveloped a one-stop information services platform called Orange APP.Our residents and customers can enjoy the services we provide throughtheirmobile devices.Based on our excellent services and enhancedmarketreputation,we have built a property management brandemphasizing quality and customers. We manage diverse property portfolios,includingresidential and non-residential proper ties,from officebuildings, multi-purpose complexes and factories to parks and industrialzones. The majority of our revenue for the year ended 31 December2023 came from providing property management services.
